No coincidence ... I am done with luck!

Planned

When things do not go as planned,
When people take time to understand,
When even repeated caution
seems to go unheeded,
We are often reminded to be patient,
Just as the Lord has been with us;
Patient of others blindness,
For once we too were blind,
Before Jesus opened our eyes;
Yes to show mercy,
Just as we were shown mercy.
Yes and so it is true!
But I have seen a deeper truth,
One that fills me with joy,
When things do not go as planned,
To know that He is in control
That even this, is in His plan.

Rom 8:28-29 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.

Ameen! How little effect our plans have, how great effect have the plans of God! To the darkened mind, no plan is visible, so a plan must be laid, yet it always fails. Not so with His plans, though the littleness of man cannot comprehend, cannot see, cannot take them all in. We look for this or that to be His plan, as if it weren't ALL planned. We look too small for something that is written too large for our mental eyes. Learn to look with the heart.

Thank you, brother, for this excellent poem.
