Luk 17:26 And as it was in the days of Noah, so it also shall be in the days of the Son of Man.
Noah
I knew of a man long ago,
A righteous upright man;
He tolerated not the sin around,
But condemned it to death.
Now how is it that you might ask,
That he alone such lived?
How is it he swam against,
The tide of people's thoughts?
He spent time with the godly men,
With the wise men so few he found;
Heard from his father's father,
Of his father who walked with God.
So an upright life he decided,
To live righteously before God;
Though all men may ridicule him,
He will still walk the narrow road.
So when all men less than half his age,
Married and with children;
He still had no offspring,
And sure they ridiculed him no end.
And then the triplets came,
Hearty congratulations all around;
Parental and financial advices,
Responsibilities galore abound.
O what peace he had,
What rest in his heart!
A life of contentment and of rest,
Back in Eden from the start.
Surely it is blessed,
To live upright before God;
But the prosperity gospel,
Was not what God had in mind!
Get up and build for Me,
O righteous man of God;
Use your time and your money
Thus saith the Lord.
Reasons innumerable,
Rushed in a single thought;
The grip seemed to loosen,
The one that was on the plough.
But God is so merciful,
He who loves without end;
Showed him sin and righteousness,
And of the judgement to come.
Once again the resolve came,
All double mindedness purged;
Once again the eyes were opened,
As the glorious truth sunk in.
One man who stood for God
One man against the multitude;
One man by faith in God
One man who condemned the world.
One man heaven seeks,
One man who will stand steady;
One man who will join them,
For whom the world was not worthy.
I am weak and foolish my Lord,
Too scared to even voice my thoughts;
But if you will have me and make me,
I will be that man! I will be that man!
Heb 11:7 By faith Noah, having been warned by God of things not yet seen, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house, by which he condemned the world and became heir of the righteousness which is according to faith.

I love you, my brother, for the bright words you have penned in the Lord's honor with this poem.
All your verses blessed me, but especially these:
One man who stood for God
One man against the multitude;
One man by faith in God
One man who condemned the world.
One man heaven seeks,
One man who will stand steady;
One man who will join them,
For whom the world was not worthy.
I am weak and foolish my Lord,
Too scared to even voice my thoughts;
But if you will have me and make me,
I will be that man! I will be that man!
Go with God, my brother, as He alone will always faithfully strengthen and support you.
Go with God, you of whom the world is not worthy.
